Or at least I'm trying to be!! I feel like I'm really starting to get into a healthy lifestyle, not just a diet.
I'm starting a new 30 day challenge and following these new workouts and am going to try to follow the meal plan as much as I can. I'm not going to be too crazy but am definitely going to give most of it a try! The challenge is free for 30 days, and then you can purchase the workout downloads after that, so I'm going to see how it goes! Check it out!! :)
I'm hoping these workouts will help to get me ready for my next challenge! My next challenge is going to be a 5K obstacle course/race. What do YOU do to stay fit? What should I be doing to train for this challenge?
Talk to Chelsea and Kendra...they'd have great advice. I did run 3 5k's last year, and the Couch to 5K program really helped me work into it. Plus, Kathleen and I just stuck to running intervals (Run 3 min. walk 1 min...etc.) and that was VERY motivating. We got a lot faster.
